Reviews from satisfied clients are testament to the honest work ethic at Parallel Constructions.

We pride ourselves on quality, honesty & integrity

Over the years Parallel Constructions has undertaken a wide range of projects, from construction of new homes, to major alterations & additions to high-end architectural homes.

We are traditional builders; our principal founder, Scott Cunliffe, is a hands-on builder and is on-site every day. We pride ourselves on quality, honesty and integrity.

We endeavour to run and focus on the projects that we know that we can handle so that no short cuts are taken.

We will not promise the world however we will stand by and complete what we promise and deliver a project of great quality.

We like to bring the client close to the building process, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a great client relationship during as well as after the building process. We believe it has only been a good project if we gain a solid recommendation from the client.

A bit about our background

We originally operated under the name of Comtam Pty Ltd (trading as Parallel Constructions), changing to Parallel Constructions Pty Limited in 1987 and then to Parallel Constructions (NSW) Pty Ltd in 2013 to reflect our focus on building within New South Wales.

In July 1990 the company became a member of the Master Builders Association of New South Wales and in 1992 we won the Master Builders Award for Alterations & Additions to a Victorian home, plus an award for works completed to a Conservation & Heritage building.

We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your project requirements.
